“Had my vehicle there for an issue with the screen. Found that it was a software update and issue was resolved same day. Service Advisor was Karissa and she did a phenomenal job keeping me updated throughout the day, very happy with her just as much as the speed of service. EDIT: still happy with Karissa, but the issue with the screen came back and issue is not solved. It looks like it’s more of a wiring issue or computer issue. The issue was the gauge cluster flashing on and off, and after picking my vehicle up it continued, and when the cluster came back on my infotainment system screen went out”

The heat had gone out in my car with temperatures falling below zero. After contacting Jeff Morse, not only did he fix it in record time, he himself picked up and returned my vehicle to me in the freezing cold!
