“This Speedway is always busy around lunch time because they have quite a few options come lunch time and even breakfast if you don't get there late! The employees are all nice and the managers are the best compared to other local Speedways such as Cross Lanes because the grumpy old man the owns that speedway sucks and makes his employees lie about everything being shut down at 9pm. I personally heard him not any he say she said rumor type Of stuff!!”

“I have had several cars through our the years with various issues. And just as many mechanics. Moreover, I wish I would have brought my vehicles to Eds alot sooner. Eds is a Family owned business! The shop is conveniently located in St.Albans. The owners and all employees are Honest and dependable. The never once mislead me. Or over charged me. They preform high quality work and treat every one fair. They are more then willing to explain in great details the issues with your car. All questions are answered and the mechanic is efficient. I will never bring my car to another shop ever again. I deeply appreciate my mechanics abilities and honesty. They deserve a 100 Starts!!!! Not 5! Thank you Eds Auto.”

“Went there for a synthetic oil change & to get my tire plugged. I think that all the other places in the state are way overcharging people for an oil change. I only paid $62.00 for both services & they were done within 30 minutes. Highly recommend for everyone to take their cars here. Also, this is a locally owned service station & they are very friendly.”

“Younger guy who looked really like he ran the whole store really busy, found the time to offer more than enough help. I broke down on my way from Wisconsin and he offered tools and help fixing my car. He even had a jack for me to use. I used up a good 6 hours of his time while I was there and not once did he seem like he didn’t want to help. When I eventually headed back home on a bad tie rod he gave me some tools in case something happened again on the way home. I wish I had remembered his name, but it was a really long day. Above and beyond customer service from this gentleman.”

“Maybe you need to change your closing time online and make a few signs updating the closing time. I rushed there to grab some medication over the counter at 10:45 pm only to be told by a night worker that this was changed months ago and closing time is now 10:00 pm not 11:00 pm. Looking online and on here it still states 11:00pm. Highly Upset not only was I not feeling well but wasn't able to get any medication either after driving down there so late!!! Otherwise I've always shopped here and will continue”

“I needed help to get my card to work in the pump. I called and ask for help. This nice man named Jason said sure I can come out to help you. I am a senior citizen so I welcomed his help. He showed me how to use my cards and he even pumped my gas! He went beyond what I expected an employee to do! I will alway go back to this store!!!! Thank you again Jason and Sheetz for having such a good staff!”

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the station, the friendliness of the staff, and the overall quality of the experience.I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the restrooms. For a smaller convenient store/ gas station, they do more than most higher end chain stores do. Right off the nitro exit, it's perfect for I-64 travelers. “Best place to go for premium fuel. Most gas stations here are store brands like "SHEETS" and "Go Mart". This EXXON carries 93 octane premium while the others' premium is.only 91. My car is premium only and I get better power and better mileage. Decent C-store also. Be aware that if you're paying at the pump, choose "credit" as the pumps do not accept debit, reason for the 4star rating. Something that they will probably correct.”
