I'm glad I stopped there today I got a lot of things I needed.. the only thing I would say I didn't like, is that everything that you can actually get from the store is not out on display.. you should go on the website and find out what you might want and you can go there and tell them and they can order it for you.”

“My sister and I drove down from Ohio to shop there for the first time on May 22. I was a little concerned because of some of the negative reviews re: cleanliness, help, etc. We could not have been more pleased with our experience. The store was well laid out, item prices were pretty clearly marked, and we loved the little scanner where you could check prices for yourself. The store was extremely clean and neatly arranged, and we saw staff working to keep the displays neat. The dressing room was spotless, and unwanted items were promptly removed. We would have liked more than one location for dressing rooms, and a three-way mirror would be a great addition, but overall, we were very happy with our experience and agreed we would make the trip again in a couple of months. When I got home that night I discovered that a Christmas ornament I had bought, and which showed up on my receipt had not made it into the bag. It was understandable. It was the smallest item, and the clerk rang it up first and set it aside for safety while she dealt with my larger items. I called the store first thing the next morning and the acting manager was very kind. She offered to hold it for me to pick up. I explained it would be a five hour round trip drive and asked if they might mail it to me. She agreed and it arrived today, one week later. Great customer service! I have been busy telling friends to take a summer road trip to Vienna and check out the outlet. We'll definitely be back, and kudos to your staff!”

“Always like shopping here, but didn't have the best experience recently. We were approached by a gentlemen named Alex, I think, about applying for a JC Penney credit card. We declined initially. He was quite pushy about it, and touted that he'd check for an account for both my husband and myself. My husband has a card already, and apparently can't say no, so he agreed. "Alex" then came back and insisted I check for an account and I said sure because he said that we could use a deal of 35% off coupon on my husband's card. So, he has me enter my ssn to check for an account, which of course I don't have, and he tells me to update an account, address, email, the like, and confirm some information. Then it looks like I am going through the ending steps of a credit application. I asked about the credit check and he waves it off and basically says no big deal. It's not a big issue, I have good credit, but he wasn't totally truthful about the process. Either way, I get the 35% off coupon, and I am assured by Alex that I can use the coupon with my husband's card, and that if I don't use my card, the account will close in 30 days? Didn't make sense. We get to the register and try to pay, and I indicate that I would like to use the 35% off coupon with my husband's card, and the cashier let's me know that I cannot use it that way. We have a conversation about what I was told, and he apologizes after speaking with the manager on duty. He apologized again and said that it makes them look bad. All the other staff was nice, and it didn't make them look bad, just the guy that was dishonest to get more credit applications. So, don't let him be pushy, or ask for someone else if you are interested for real in applying for a credit card and Alex approaches you.”

“This is exactly what every Walmart is. Giant, clogged with people every weekend and has everything. In a small town like Vienna, it carries the things the local food chains can't sustain and their employees know where to point you when you ask for a specific item. This one gets an above average rating for having a self-checkout and relatively few lines. I appreciated getting to check myself out since I literally had two cans of jalapeños in adobo sauce.”
