“This is a hard place to rate. They have so many items that other stores do not carry, that I like, which makes it awesome in my opinion but the downfall is that their prices are rather high but they seem to be about the same prices as a few other stores in my area. They're definitely worth checking out.”

“I've been wanting to stop in here for a while and I'm glad I finally did. Lots of grocery items that the regular DG doesn't carry, like fresh produce, meat, I even saw an isle for beer and other alcoholic beverages. Prices are the same as any DG, just seems like their inventory is a little bigger. Clean store and well organized. The only complaints I have is that there was only 1 register open with more than 10 people in line with full carts, and 2 people working at the same register. Also the checkout counter is extremely small (I'm talking like maybe a 2'-3' space). Seeing that this is a Market where you can buy groceries and pretty much anything else you need, the counter should probably be big enough to support at least half of what you put in your buggy. Otherwise, not bad, I'll be back!”
“The staff at this gas station was exceptionally friendly and helpful!! I did not have trouble driving (a 15-pack van) in their parking lot, but I can see how navigation could be challenging for people who are not used to navigating obstacles.”

I actually went in today around 1230ish. There was a blonde haired lady working (didn't catch her name) but she was suppppperrr friendly,bc of her I will keep coming back!”

“This place has really turned around had an older woman working there a while ago she was really grumpy now that the younger females work there and the two other guys they all really try to keep the store clean and put together and they are very polite and forthcoming to help you with anything that you need help with keep up the good work”

“I live very close to the line (state line grocery) and even though they don't sell gas, they usually have everything I need. I don't remember the last time I went there and they were out of the cigarettes I smoke. They always have what I need. Employees are very kind and friendly. All around, just a great place to shop.”

The staff is always courteous and helpful and there was even a doordash driver that helped us with directions to the Kroger because that bridge there in Wheeling was under construction inside of town. “Since they have remodeled and added more quality and quantity this place is wonderful for the people that live in the surrounding area. Alot of the elderly may not drive and can walk to pick up a few things and actually do they're grocery shopping. They have added more cooler space with frozen foods, and added to all the pantry staples. The City of Benwood does need to think about adding more businesses since there is no Kroger and a shopping plaza.”

They fill prescriptions quickly, and I’ve never had an issue with delays. I especially appreciate how they take the time to explain medications and offer helpful advice when needed. The pharmacy is clean, well-organized, and makes picking up prescriptions stress-free. Highly recommend”

“Employees are always helpful, nice, friendly, understanding, and welcoming. The store itself is always clean and tidy as well as the bathrooms. The aisle numbers are very visible, the aisles are cleaned and clear of trash, the floors are very maintained of dust and debris, mopped regularly, and the store is wheelchair and handicap accessible as well. The shelves are well stalked, cleaned regularly with price tags visible as well. The produce is always up to date and fresh. The parking lot is always taken care of as well. There is no liter, the buggies are not all over the parking lot for to long they are always put away regularly and in a timely manner. There are not pot holes and the painted parking lines are visible. The gas station area is well maintained and the workers are always present to assist customers in the best of their ability. Over all I would most certainly recommend this krogers to my friends and family.”

“Very clean lil store where you can get most of your basic needs. Love the ice cream selection they have there! My kids love getting ice cream from here! That's first thing they go for every time. The staff are ALWAYS so nice to us & have been soo helpful as well! I really hope this store stays open for a long time. It beats having to run to town for one or a few things.”
