“This Exxon Mobil is also Hillbilly Haven Cabin Rental check and out. We rented Cabin 1 at the very last minute, so it wouldn't hurt to call if you're looking for a nice getaway. Cabin 1 is the only cabin that allows indoor pets. We just got here today. We're fishing in the stocked pond right outside the cabin. It's beautiful here. The Exxon Mobil has a grill and a stocked little store. Gas, ice, wood. I love it here. Nice set up. ?”
“They have cheap gasoline and its easy to locate.. it's a convenient store also. So they have some items if you are in a hurryto get back on the road. It's usually busy here but traffic is in and out pretty quick. The fuel station is right beside the interstate and before you get to the Walmart shopping center.”

“We were traveling from New York to South Carolina on a Friday for a family vacation and our minivans brake caliper started locking up so we limped it to the next exit and we were lucky enough to find Burton’s. They were kind enough to squeeze us in and get look at it when one of their 3 lifts were clear. They showed me the problem and had it fixed within an hour. I’ve always had a soft spot for gas station convenience stores — it goes all the way back to my high school days when the Speedway next to campus became my go-to stop. So on our Thanksgiving trip back to Pittsburgh, I finally got to experience my first-ever Sheetz, and now I fully understand the hype.
This location in Weirton is extremely easy to navigate. The touchscreen ordering stations are right up front and simple to use, and the whole process is smooth: order on the screen, grab your receipt, wait for your number, and pay. Super quick, super convenient.
We ordered chicken tender wraps and a s’mores iced latte, and both were honestly way better than I expected for a gas station stop. The food came out hot and fresh, and the latte was a fun seasonal surprise. Sheetz really leans into the fast-casual experience while still being a convenience store, and they do it well.
The store itself is very clean, well organized, and well stocked with more snack, drink, and grab-and-go options than most places I’ve visited. Gas prices were also lower than many stations we passed on our drive. Employees were friendly and kept things moving efficiently even during a busy holiday weekend.
My only disappointment — and this is just the loyalty-program fan in me — is that I created my Sheetz account after we ordered and wasn’t able to earn rewards or upload the receipt. Not a dealbreaker, just a lesson learned for next time!
We actually liked this Sheetz so much that we stopped again on the drive home. When a road trip stop becomes a repeat destination, that says everything.
