“The first contact about this transaction was via the internet late in the evening. The next day, Brad was reaching out. I had also visited another Polaris dealer in the area and I have yet to get any response. After a few weeks, I saw i had time to go to RG so I contacted Brad and he was happy to accommodate my schedule. I brought a Harley I was trading. He already knew what I was looking for. “Andrew Waters was and is a great salesman. He cares about his clients and this speaks volumes to him as a person and salesman. We need more salesman like him in the business. His heart is in the right place. Very easy process. No hassle and straightforward salesman and dealership. This is my second time buying a used car from Toothman. Bought a 2010 AS IS Ford edge and love it. When I was ready for a third row went back to my new dealership. The car market is crazy but I did my homework and knew what I was getting with a 2019 Ford Explorer Platinum. While there were some issues discovered within the first 30 days, Toothman Ford has stepped up and are taking care of the issues. Remember you have to bring things up and not be disrespectful or cuss at the salesmen or service people. Things can happen. We don't want it to but that is life. When buying a used vehicle things can happen over time its part of ownership. If you have a major issue within the first 30 days that means something was missed. This is were a dealership can shine or fall flat on their face. Toothman has stepped up and are working to resolve the issues and thoroughly make sure all issues are fixed. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them. I was able to pick up my Explorer today after all the repairs were completed. I did notice a difference in how it drove. While the mismatched tires weren't resolved the major things were. Only issue I would bring to the attention of management is that one of the Service Writers made it a point to state a few times the cost the dealership spent to fix my explorer. It needed either fixed or the loan recalled if there was no profit over the safety issues. The sales team is great but the Service could use some customer service and communication skills for sure. I've worked customer service and have worked as a service writer so I know it better to be kind and honest in the repair business. I even work on my own vehicles once out of warranty except for non warranty items. That's why my 2010 ford edge is still going strong I bought from here.”
“We just had sun stoppers in Fairmont, WV install remote starters on both of our jeeps. The two gentlemen we dealt with was extremely kind and helpful. They answered all of our questions got us in and out within hours and even assisted us with an alarm system for my wife’s jeep. I even give them the credit of repair my back up camera even though they insist they did nothing. All I know is everything was reversed on my back up camera when I dropped it off. When I returned to pick it up it was correct. I will definitely tell others that’s the place to go. I’m going to schedule my jeep for some new tint for the windows soon I’m also going to look into the paint protection for both rides. So if you’re reading this I am very particular about who touches my ride and hers. We will definitely be using Sun Stoppers in Fairmont, WV in the future. “I read through several reviews on this shop a few years ago while deciding on a lift for my truck, I can tell you this. My personal experience with this Shop has never been anything less than Perfect! I have had lifts installed several different accessories and have never had a bad experience. This Guy works more hours than anyone I know hands down! Shawn let us get in to his shop after just a month. He went above and beyond. He never made us deal with the insurance company, he handled all of it. All we had to do was drop off the car and the paperwork. He even touched up scratches free of charge and filled our tires. The work was done quickly and flawlessly.”

“Okay, gentlemen! my opinion on this parts store. The first time I got here, I needed parts for my old car. When I bought them, I took the car for repairs, but the mechanic told me to throw this car in the junkyard. but I'm not rich enough to throw stuff like that. Yeah, I had to return all the parts. the guys got all the money back. and it was a shock to me. no problem, no questions asked. Thanks. Yeah, I repaired the car later, with my own hands and now It lasts me for several years. So where I bought other parts from them, and they were always available. Yes, it's expensive. But I hope these parts are high quality and will work. I recommend this store. Thank you.”
“Just had my daughters Toyota Camry windows done last week, in the past had my sons truck done and I've had a couple vehicles tinted there as well and have been pleased with all of them. “I drive a 2019 Subaru Legacy. After an oil change at the dealership the day before, the oil light came on the first time I had my car out. I was close by Advance Auto in Shinnston, WV and went to see if they could provide assistance. The gentlemen working were amazing! They checked my oil, told me how much and what kind I needed and then put it in the car for me. I'm a 70 year old woman. They were all so kind and polite. Henry helped me first and, when it was his quitting time, he asked Charlie to take over. They both provided exceptional service! They told me that I should take pictures of the dipstick to show dealership. Suggested that I get my car back to dealership asap. Without a doubt, they went above and beyond what one would expect. Thank you again, Henry and Charlie!”
“Look no further! Jeff Thorn and his crew are not only incredible hard working people but their repair work is outstanding! Thorn's Body Shop kept me updated on all my information, was easy to work with, and once my car went into the shop they had it done in a timely manner.
