“I usually don’t have any problems with service. I get my business done promptly. What I hate about this bank on Johnson Ave is it is impossible to get hold of anyone via phone. Those tellers and bankers aren’t that busy to where they can’t answer their damn phone. I will say this. Since I was there last Thursday the banker I was doing business with gave me her card. When I call her she usually doesn’t answer, BUT she has always called me back. This is a FIRST since I’ve been with this branch. Tomorrow I will have to make a trip there to see if I can get some temp checks. I know there is no use to call cause I know NO ONE will answer. It’s just the drive through that’s open. Other than this I’m ok with this branch.”
