“So my phone quit working yesterday. I went out to my local us cellular store to see if I could get it fix. I was not able to upgrade, which ment i was stuck with a broken phone. The guy who waited on me was wonderful!! Not only was he patient with me, he was very informative. Needless to say, this guy did everything he could to make sure I left with a working phone. I can't thank him enuff for the GREAT customer service and making sure I left with a new phone!!”

“The workers there were extremely nice and helpful. The worker was extremely helpful with setting up for international travel. Not only did they help me set it up, but he explained in detail on how it worked. He even showed me on my phone how the cellular data will look and such.”
