“Charlotte was a true Godsend! After getting the runaround for over TWO weeks from online help and Verizon 1-800 line, as well as misinformation from the retailer where the items were purchased, she saved my sanity! She was able to get me with someone to assist in the disconnection of my lines! Truly appreciate her patience and dedication to her job!”
