“This was my dad's bank for years, and I managed his financial affairs for several years before he passed. I decided to keep personal accounts there because of the help offered during the disbursement of his estate, both at this location and the downtown branch. I see the same friendly, helpful people there on a consistent basis. I do business with 2 other banks and there always seems to be high employee turnover.”
“This is the most amazing bank! Free checking (even for business accounts and even for business checking), and the staff have become pretty close friends for me. They also have free hot chocolate and coffee so you can't beat that!

“We just moved to the area and wanted to get our car loan refinanced. Emily was an absolute pleasure to work with and so is the rest of the staff. Everyone is so nice, and accommodating! We had already made up our mind to submit the application that very day we came and were able to get through with it. For other documents and receipts, Emily was on top of things and really worked around my convenience to have those sent via email. So grateful! “I’ve been with Nicholet Bank for years. Recently my account got hacked and PayPal refused to return my money. They leaked my information, but thankfully Deja Morrow went to work with the fraud team to get my account restored. I was at the end of my rope, PayPal allowed the scammer to completely drain my account to leave a balance of .44, I wasn’t charged overdraft as a payment came out the same day and they secured everything.. I’ll never change banks.. thank you Nicholet Bank for employees that care about our wellbeing!!”

“Most personable bank ever.My mother in law passed away in Feb 2024. She had accts at this branch. And we worked w Leah Alden there. There were CDs, annuities, money market accts, checking accts etc. prolly a dozen accts. It’s a diff time for us. Leah met w us to go over everything. We took care of what we could but checks had to clear. We’re from MN so we met w her on short notice to follow up. What stands out is that I called, she remembered us, and had a complete breakdown of which checks were problems. That was over phone, at her fingertips. Whaaat? Nobody follows up (when we’re not there) like that. Leah’s a smart cookie and Nicolet should be proud to have her.Nicolet also has fair interest rates, the online banking is great, and the facility is marvy ?”

I understand this for safety, however without lobby hours at all locations on Saturdays, this is really inconvenient.
