“My father who is 87, stopped in with some rattling underneath. They promptly identified the problem added a couple spot welds and sent him on his merry way without charging him a dime. They now have a new customer for life. You will not be disappointed.”
“Brought my Nissan SUV in for exhaust work. Talked to Jim for a few minutes, told me to drop it off the next day with the new pipes that I bought online. A day or two later all done! This was a few months ago and couldn't be happier. I'm a DIY'r but hate exhaust work. He saved me a big headache.”
“Dear Truck drivers, I am so satisfied with this facility and stuff. There is overnight parking availabe for receiving. They are very so friendly and get you unloaded 30 min”
“Julie, Kati and the whole Amery Chevrolet team have been great for my wife and I for the last year we bought the Colorado from them. Julie and Kati have both came and pick up our vehicles when we needed an oil change or to correct something when we had the warranty. I also will say the person that does tint does a great job and is very reasonable.”
“The extended warranty company was a bit underwhelming and made things a bit hard but Sasha in the service department was most excellent to work with. She made sure everything was taken care of in this situation and more accommodating than what I have experienced in the past.
She was in constant communication, answered questions and even delivered a loaner to me while my vehicle was down and out. She was very friendly and understanding. All in all, anyone in customer service could take notes on how to interact with customers. Thank you again Sasha! Your help was and is greatly appreciated!”
“The crew there are amazing. They don't try to fix something that's not broken or try to upsell you on anything. They fix what's broken and charge a fair price for doing so.”
