“The extended warranty company was a bit underwhelming and made things a bit hard but Sasha in the service department was most excellent to work with. She made sure everything was taken care of in this situation and more accommodating than what I have experienced in the past.
She was in constant communication, answered questions and even delivered a loaner to me while my vehicle was down and out. She was very friendly and understanding.
