“I lived here for almost 3 years and really enjoyed my time living here! Washer and dryer in unit, big kitchen area, and a garage! The parking situation never bothered me as I always used my garage to park. I found the place very clean and move out was very simple. Definitely a nice place to live!”

It took a couple days because parts needed to be ordered but Summer kept me informed and the problem was quickly resolved. In the short time I've been here I have found Summer to be friendly and responsive. I appreciate feeling confident that Summer will continue to be on top of any other situations that might arise in the future.”
“I've been here 2.5 years and never had an issue with maintenance, I'm so surprised to see all the complaints in the reviews. Today I put in a request because my toilet tank was running and maintenance showed up about an hour later and fixed the issue in less than 5 min. Everyone is always super kind whenever I've had any interactions and I really enjoy living here.”

“I've lived here for 3 years. Very happy. I love Pam and I love my apartment. Repairs get done within a few days, or sooner, if they're pressing.
This place has much more demand than they have available units, so I don't think they call people back. If you want to get in, go in and talk to them.”
