“The Menasha branch is great! Super friendly staff, nice building.I went there recently with a small auto-pay issue. The staff helped me quickly and they were super friendly.”
“This is one of those banks that makes you feel like you are member, not just a number. The staff is wonderful and they remember your name.
Being a smaller office doesn't limit what they can help you with.
The way that one is treated is the reason that people stay with banks, and North shore makes people feel welcome.
For me it's the reason I still with them decades later.”
“I like Prospera well enough. But I have been to the Menasha location three times to exchange coins for cash and every time their machine is off by a coin. Wish they would fix this.”

“I can not say enough about our experience with Sara Hansen! We were unsure when we went in there but she made it happen! She made the loan process simple! Thank you Sara!”
