“I just moved to Little Chute from Appleton, so this is the closest location for me. It is literally the BEST location in regards to efficiency -- I'm in and out in record speed! And the ladies are very friendly, so good! I used to bank at the one on Drew and Wisconsin Avenue and was severely dissatisfied because of ONE employee (Spanish descent) who was literally one of the worst human beings I've ever encountered. So happy I don't have to go there anymore, although I'll miss my lady (mature woman, taller with short brown hair), she is wonderful!Keep up the good work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Capital recently got rid of their Phone Banking System which was a very convenient tool for those of us that used it. I don't trust the security of a home computer so now I am constantly doing transactions and getting balance info, etc with the tellers which wastes their time and mine. Capital CU, PLEASE BRING BACK THE PHONE BANKING SYSTEM. It may be time to begin banking elsewhere. I've been with Capital CU since the late 80s. Times are a changing. UPDATE; After assurances that my personal computer is actually safer than a phone connection I did give Capital CUs computer banking a chance and I'm glad I did. Although I still miss the phone banking system, I do concede that the computer banking system is very organized and easy to use. I just need a computer close by to use it. NO, I am not going to try the app . . . Im a satisfied customer again.”
