I called customer service and spoke with a representative that could not help me, in my opinion, she just wouldn’t help me. So I decided to call the store. Kristin/Kirsten (Sorry I forgot her name) answered and was able to help me in less than 60 seconds! She was friendly and helpful. Great customer service skills!
