“I came into the Co KK store to see if my Group Messages could be fixed. I've had my phone since 2018, I'm a loyal customer since 1980s. I had been waiting to upgrade my phone but couldn't afford one until now. The phone I bought was half off, perfect timing with my birthday in 4 days. They (Cooper and Doug) did not pressure me, at all, helped me purchase everything I needed for my phone and set me up transferring everything from my old phone to the new and did not lose any of my data. I will continue to be a loyal customer and patronize this store again. Best customer service and experience!”
“Hello I just want to compliment you on your AT&T store on 4347 West Wisconsin Avenue in Appleton 54913 this is the best AT&T store I've been to we were switching phones from Spectrum to AT&T and it was a nightmare we Been other AT&T businesses in the same area of Appleton and it's been a nightmare this is the only AT&T store that has taken the time to help us correct everything to explain things to us and to be kind and generous about it I appreciate this store I love this store keep up the good work thank you Alice gerhardt”

“Love that they've installed protection measures against covid. They always got the best foreign exchange rate and fast service. I come here to send money, pay my bills, buy money orders and much more. Sometimes they even give away TVs and Bluetooth speakers to their customers.
