“I came into the Co KK store to see if my Group Messages could be fixed. I've had my phone since 2018, I'm a loyal customer since 1980s. I had been waiting to upgrade my phone but couldn't afford one until now. The phone I bought was half off, perfect timing with my birthday in 4 days. They (Cooper and Doug) did not pressure me, at all, helped me purchase everything I needed for my phone and set me up transferring everything from my old phone to the new and did not lose any of my data. I will continue to be a loyal customer and patronize this store again. Best customer service and experience!”

Christian, the store manager, personally helped me get an Otterbox Defender case, as well as screen protector. He installed the screen protector and case, and walked me through the registration, which will get free (only pay shipping) screen protector replacement. So I left store with product registered!

“After saying I would never need a phone one because I don't need people to know where I am every day /timed and I have minimal friends. I've been with US Cellular since I was ????... maybe 20 (couple decades ago) I still would rather have landlines and then voice recorder. Keep it simple. Especially when you don't have much technological understanding, general understanding, anxiety (so I have to REALLY hope I get a patient employee) ??????????I get the joy of changing phones and my nasty anxiety is already kicking in already. “Love that they've installed protection measures against covid. They always got the best foreign exchange rate and fast service. I come here to send money, pay my bills, buy money orders and much more. Sometimes they even give away TVs and Bluetooth speakers to their customers. Definitely a staple in the Hispanic/ Latino community here in town.”
