“I recently bought two cell phones online for store pickup. From the online chat person to the walk through of our device setup by the guy in the cell phone area in store, service was top-notch. Verizon couldn't even beat Best Buy's price on our new phones, really impressed with the revamped store setup, no pressure, and full service at Best Buy Appleton!

He installed the screen protector and case, and walked me through the registration, which will get free (only pay shipping) screen protector replacement. So I left store with product registered!

The store is well-stocked and organized, with a huge selection of new and pre-owned games, consoles, accessories, collectibles, and merch that covers everything from the latest releases to retro favorites. It’s easy to browse, and they always seem to have those hard-to-find items or cool exclusives that make shopping fun.
The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable—helpful without being pushy, quick to answer questions, and even threw in some great recommendations based on what we were looking for. They made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free, which is huge in a busy mall setting.
Whether you’re trading in old games, picking up something new, or just checking out the latest drops, this location nails it. Clean, welcoming vibe, and conveniently located near the food court—easy to swing by during a mall day.

“Love that they've installed protection measures against covid. They always got the best foreign exchange rate and fast service.
