“The employees in this store are caring, helpful people! I am in a wheelchair and 2 of your employees rushed to hold open the doors for my husband to push me through. Your employee took care of my needs “Lickety-split” he knew what my problem was and how to fix it right away. I wish I had gotten his name so I could sing his praises directly. It was around 1:30pm on Monday 8/24/26 if that helps. Then both of those same guys held open the doors for us to exit. That is So Nice and you would not believe how many businesses have people that stand there and watch you struggle & do nothing. Anyway, when we were leaving we saw some friends of ours who had come out of the ice cream shop near Verizon and they saw the two Verizon guys holding the doors for us and they commented on how nice that was of them to do that. So we are all impressed and will be sending friends and relatives who have needs to checkout Verizon for their phones, watches, hotspot bricks and anything else Verizon handles, not only for their technology, knowledge/ability to problem solve but also for their caring, helpful culture. He installed the screen protector and case, and walked me through the registration, which will get free (only pay shipping) screen protector replacement. So I left store with product registered!

I come here to send money, pay my bills, buy money orders and much more. Sometimes they even give away TVs and Bluetooth speakers to their customers. Definitely a staple in the Hispanic/ Latino community here in town.”
