“This is the best Verizon store, I’d recommend going out of your way to come to this location. I’ve had to come in 4 or 5 times to add phones, change plans, or make adjustments for our business account and I’ve been blown away by the level of service and kindness every time.
The manager, Andrew, is an absolute rockstar. He takes time to really make sure we are getting the most out of our service (from a feature and cost perspective) and goes above and beyond to find ways to make us feel like we matter as a customer. I’ve watched how he trains his team and you can tell he truly cares about his store and team.

He installed the screen protector and case, and walked me through the registration, which will get free (only pay shipping) screen protector replacement. So I left store with product registered!

“If I was rating the phone company and their service it would be a lot lower. I'm not sure what's going on with there service these days. To spotty were we live now, can't get my account right. Because of that I have to drive 40 mins each time to get verified to do anything. Anyways, just worked with Mr Eferan R. Great guy, very helpful, polite and informative to get everything accomplished this trip to town. The store is well-stocked and organized, with a huge selection of new and pre-owned games, consoles, accessories, collectibles, and merch that covers everything from the latest releases to retro favorites. It’s easy to browse, and they always seem to have those hard-to-find items or cool exclusives that make shopping fun.
The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable—helpful without being pushy, quick to answer questions, and even threw in some great recommendations based on what we were looking for. They made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free, which is huge in a busy mall setting.
Whether you’re trading in old games, picking up something new, or just checking out the latest drops, this location nails it. Clean, welcoming vibe, and conveniently located near the food court—easy to swing by during a mall day.
