Jen is now the manager and she is SO nice to everyone regardless how busy the store is. I also notice, that the employees seem a lot happier with Jen as their manager.”
“A great staff, I missed my package after not being home to sign for it, so the receptionist or manager? allowed me extra time after the expiration date that they are allowed to hold a package for me to have time to get a ride to get over there by the airport and then get my overdue package, which I appreciated very much, as I didnt expect them to do that for me or anyone.”

I couldn't believe it. And everything was in great shape. My pro# didn't tell me if it stopped at any other terminals but I'm gonna assume it at least went here before it got delivered to me. So my one and only experience was fantastic as the rate was comparable to the other low budget carriers.”
“I've used this location for years and never had any issues at all. I've rerouted packages to be held here when I knew I wouldn't be available for delivery and was able to pick them up after showing my ID and Tracking Number. I've also dropped off prepaid packages here along with taking in ready to ship boxes and bought shipping at the counter.

“We used Postal Express for printing needs for our Save the Dates and Wedding Invites, Robin and her team are great to work with! Prior to sending our wedding invites, Robin show me different paper options. I had a little project for family portrait reminders that I wanted to include in our invites and they nailed it with the white gloss paper. They are thorough in making sure they deliver perfection. I will continue to use Postal Express in the future and recommend anybody that wants to keep it local for printing Postal Express.”
