After dealership failed to follow through and fix vehicle and complaining for 4 days and being lied to, had to have Bobs towing pick up and tow vehicle to another dealership. “Dealership had check wheel bearings. Had a humming noise I believed to be wheel bearings. Told me it was my steering rail and not the wheel bearings and said wheel bearings were not loose. Steering rails don't hum with speed. Brought truck to DC Auto and verified that indeed 1 front wheel bearing was loose and the other was just loud. Mechanics at dealerships just trained to plug into the computer to troubleshoot. Mechanics at DC Auto actually do mechanic work and look at the mechanics of the vehicle.”
