“We managed to get our van stuck in a culvert in our neighborhood. We ended up using our roadside assistance program and Fox Cities team was sent. They arrived ahead of schedule and quickly was able to get our vehicle out with no damage to the neighbors lawn or to our vehicle. The guys that came out were friendly and did a great job. If future problems come up again I'll be giving these guys a call instead of a random company for help.”
“Not sure if this is for the right location, but I work at Bergstrom Neenah Ford, and there was a tow driver that came with an elderly woman in for service in the late afternoon/early evening on Tuesday and the kindness I witnessed is something I just need to talk about! He jumped this woman's car and followed her to our dealership, he helped her out of the vehicle and helped her to my desk to check in for service. He was kind, patient and went the extra mile with this woman and it was just awesome to see. I wish I had gotten his name, but I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for his kindness!”

“Kevin picked up my 69 Jaguar E-type today to tow it into the Auto Clinic. Kevin was on time and exceptionally service oriented. He took great care in the way he hoisted the car onto the flatbed and in the way he tied it down. He and his service were outstanding! I would give him a 5 star rating.
