“During a recent business trip, I required a larger rental car the same day for my return trip to Illinois for transport of some items for my employer. I contacted this location, spoke with Gavin, explained to him the situation, and he was very accommodating informing me that it should be no problem to switch out my rental. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by Gavin, and Jarrod assisted as well making the vehicle swap effortless. Could not speak higher of my experience with this location and would highly recommend renting from this location.”

“I had a pleasurable experience with a recent car rental from here. I had gotten it through Costco travel and the price was reasonable. I had rented a vehicle for a trip to Las Vegas. I had worked with Nick at the counter and he went through all of the details and answered the questions I had. The only bad thing was that they were unable to update the database as I had requested SXM, but they were unable to add this. I don't know if they would have been able to contact upper managment to get this changed, but I was not charged extra.
I had dropped the vehicle off and recorded the new mileage and had worked with Nick again. He had noted that I was not charged extra for the service and I had received my deductable back. I even dropped it off a day early, and there was no resistance to this. I would recommend renting a vehicle from this Enterprise location.”
“Trusted this company with my son’s first experience during an insurance claim. My son wanted me to come with but I told him no you go. You need to learn the process and they should treat you right. They completely took advantage of his inexperience and signed him up for some crazy supplemental crap. Be aware! Enterprise on Packerland in Green Bay will steal from you. (I believe I talked to Duncan. Just horrible customer service. Didn’t try to make it right at all). Never again Enterprise!
Update - the regional manager ended up calling and making things right so I changed rating from 1 to 4 stars. She was very understanding and helpful. Ultimately should be a learning experience both ways. Sales - don’t take advantage of newbies. They are your future customers. Newbies - be more prepared for how the world of sales really works.”

And then we left an earring in the truck and they called to tell us about it. We were very happy with the truck and super service. Rent with them!”

“I rented a car from the Milwaukee Airport and was given a vehicle with expired tags (by several months!). Budget customer service was no help over the phone, however when I brought the vehicle in to the Green Bay airport, the employees there - Emery and Rylee - were amazing to deal with and fully took care of the problem. Their customer service was some of the best I've seen anywhere! While I don't think I would ever rent from the Milwaukee location again, Emery and Rylee did a lot to restore my faith in this company.”
