“My now husband started buying my jewelry from this store in 2012 and I loved them then and still love them today. We've always gotten the lifetime warranty on any piece he's gotten me and really enjoy it (and have used it) because they don't require you to come in every 6 months for inspection in order to keep the warranty valid. This came in handy for the simple fact that we moved to FL and there are no Rogers & Hollands by us. We were recently in WI for a family reunion and had to stop in as an anniversary band of mine had lost a stone, a Canadian Ice diamond at that. We walked in, gave them the year it was bought and my name and they found it right away and the missing stone is covered AND they're shipping it back to me in FL at NO COST to me! Not only did we get that taken care of, but we found a ring that we both fell in love with and were able to get a great deal on it! Thanks again Rogers & Hollands!”
