“I had walked into Rummel’s and the service was absolutely fantastic. I was seeking a jeweler for the last several years to fix a vintage Bulova watch that had some sentimental value. I had seriously been to five or six different jewelers in the area and none of them could replace the battery on this time piece and understand the particular mechanisms that it has. The Horologist was absolutely fantastic and I am so excited to have this unique time peace in working order again. Andy, one of the sales people was incredibly helpful and ended up cleaning my wedding ring and I don’t think it’s ever looked better. Very much recommend this company incredibly knowledgeable and a very bespoke experience.”

“I recently went to Kay’s and worked with Sandy. She was phenomenal. I had a custom wedding band made for my future husband for our wedding in September 2027 and she was very patient and helpful from start to finish. The customer service process was very clear and there was great communication through each step of the process. Sandy and I took time to design exactly what I was wanting and she even drew it up to send pictures to their design department. When the drawings came back she got them to me right away and I made some minor adjustments which were very seamless, well executed and with great communication up until when the finished ring arrived. I got a second set of drawings to verify I was happy after the minor adjustments and even a wax version of the ring I designed so I could have an in person example of exactly what things would look like and how it was laid out. Once I was comfortable I approved everything and it took a fast couple weeks before the finished product arrived. I was surprised with how AMAZING it turned out. If you’re looking for a custom piece or even just something g in store, I strongly suggest Kay’s and Sandy if she is available. Thank you for giving me an above beyond exceptional experience from start to finish. I couldn’t be any happier with the finished design.”
