“My mother brought some of your meat treats to us in South Carolina over the holidays. Her delicious delivery was a couple filets and a couple packs of jerky. It was all amazing. We prepared it simply by dry brining it for 8 hours with salt then searing in a bare hot skillet to med rare. It is the cleanest tasting meat I have had in a long time. Then the jerky. OMG the jerky! Perfect mix of smoke and seasoning that complements the bison bringing out more flavor. I cannot wait for her to bring more back or for us to visit and be able to see your ranch! Thank you very much.”
