I drove from Minneapolis to pick up bison steak here. The lady I spoke with is very friendly and was very interested in my plan to make pemmican with the steak as an ingredient. The pemmican turned out good, just a little sweet with the blueberries I added. I'm definitely returning here when I make pemmican again!
