The other Auto parts stores in town never have the same people working as the last time you were there and or the people are not as knowledgeable.”

“I hit an ice Boulder in the winter time, destroyed my bumper and dented the radiator.. They replace my bumper, radiator and the ac compressor. The paint job was amazing and it looks great like nothing ever happen. Thanks to Tom and his crew! Highly recommended”

“Thank you, Bob for taking the time to listen and scanning my 2015 Ford Explorer! I had been going to AutoZone and having my car scanned and they didn't have any codes come up. Bob scanned my car at Napa and told me that I have a faulty battery that I had bought at AutoZone a year ago. It was still under warranty so it was replaced. Six days of my car not starting in the morning was really irritating. Today it fired up no problem!”

“Brought a tire in for a new valve stem, turned out there was a small nail in my tire, it nearing 7pm (closing time) and both the employee and manager were willing to stay after and plug my tire with zero negativity. Not the biggest deal to some but to me at the time it was clutch, 5 star customer service at Baraboo Wal-Mart whaaatttt?! Thanks guys you rock”
