“Well we’ve gone and done it again! We go into Columbia Factory Store just to look around, secretly hoping to find a treasure, and walk out with three bags of great quality clothing and shoes.
The staffers were wonderfully helpful and took time to look up a product we were looking for availability. They were busy the entire time with customers or stocking. The store was clean and well organized with some new stock we haven’t seen at other locations.
Parking was easy and plentiful.”

“This place has great items for outdoorsy people. Backpacks, boots, clothing (mostly used soldier) camp gear and fishing stuff. The person who owns it, not a people person though. Been going in there for 15 years and she's always angry faced. But the gear is decent and mostly fair priced. You can order it online and save yourself feeling like an imposition.”

“I did a classic thing. Found a deal on shoes out in the expanse called the internet. Like the shoes, but too narrow (I've got hobbit feet). So, after purchasing a total of six pairs of shoes and none of them working, it was time to go to the store.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Josue. Super nice guy, handled my literal box of shoe boxes. He then got a half size up, which still didn't work. He offered to go get the next size. We went over together and found the right pair.
Josue is awesome. He gave me the same deal I found online—for a full size up, which is just what I needed, not a wide. Saved me so much money and time, and really cared about me as a valued customer. This is rare, and I was so grateful to have a positive customer experience.
Also gave me advice on how to best acquire the Broad Stripes jersey for the World Cup. USA!”
