“The staff that was working that day were all SUPER friendly and helpful! Was welcomed in and then the same cashier even asked if I wanted to take a closer look at the sunglasses I was looking at to just let her know! The when she check us out she was still super friendly! Store was organized and clean. No complaints. Other staff also asked if we needed anything to let them know while shopping! Good job to whoever is running this store!”

“They always seem to be running specials although not everything is on special. The clothing isn't too outrageous for a big name brand and the deals definitly help. They also offer discounts for things like emergency responders and teachers. We bought a shirt and at the register the gentleman noticed it had a hole in it so he went and got a different one with no hole. We didnt even notice. Probably where the security tag was but thankfully he did. Its worth checking out.”
“The guy who worked here was awesome. He had my daughter get a membership and explained how.it would save her money. He then helped her custom design three hats. He was so patient and incredible. He was easy to hold a conversation with and just an honest and a great soul. He noticed my daughter's self harm marks and told her he was proud of her being here today and not to be ashamed of.her tiger Mark's.”
“Well we’ve gone and done it again! We go into Columbia Factory Store just to look around, secretly hoping to find a treasure, and walk out with three bags of great quality clothing and shoes.
The staffers were wonderfully helpful and took time to look up a product we were looking for availability. They were busy the entire time with customers or stocking. The store was clean and well organized with some new stock we haven’t seen at other locations.
Parking was easy and plentiful.”

“I did a classic thing. Found a deal on shoes out in the expanse called the internet. Like the shoes, but too narrow (I've got hobbit feet). So, after purchasing a total of six pairs of shoes and none of them working, it was time to go to the store.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Josue. Super nice guy, handled my literal box of shoe boxes. He then got a half size up, which still didn't work. He offered to go get the next size. We went over together and found the right pair.
Josue is awesome. He gave me the same deal I found online—for a full size up, which is just what I needed, not a wide. Saved me so much money and time, and really cared about me as a valued customer. This is rare, and I was so grateful to have a positive customer experience.
Also gave me advice on how to best acquire the Broad Stripes jersey for the World Cup. USA!”
