“Well we’ve gone and done it again! We go into Columbia Factory Store just to look around, secretly hoping to find a treasure, and walk out with three bags of great quality clothing and shoes.
The staffers were wonderfully helpful and took time to look up a product we were looking for availability. They were busy the entire time with customers or stocking. The store was clean and well organized with some new stock we haven’t seen at other locations.
Parking was easy and plentiful.”
“I stopped here on my way home from PA. This store is huge compared to the two I usually frequent. The items were very organized and neatly folded. I was stopped by at least three employees. Each was friendly, helpful and courteous. I needed a pair of jeans. This usually takes half the day. I was pointed in the right direction immediately however. I also found a great pair of work pants on Clearance! It was actually a fun stop.”

“I love shopping at this store but it seems like all of the concerns people have about poor customer service and atmosphere are being brushed off for months or longer. The employees still don’t engage or talk at all, just standing there hopelessly lost. When we got to checkout they were taking forever with the people in-front of us and we could tell they were getting impatient. And when we got up there we said hello and they said absolutely nothing, turned around started talking to each other. And we had to wait for them to stop talking before we were even checked out when all we had was two things. Again I love shopping here but the employees need to do their jobs and not look so depressed when having to work.”

“Great. Staff are so friendly and helpful. If you work in healthcare, are a first Responder or are military, they have discounts and can for sure help you with the discounts in store. I had some trouble with my discount online, but they really helped me out in the store. The staff are genuinely awesome.”
