“I am surprised to hear these reviews. I have had only good experiences at this branch. When I have called ahead of time and scheduled an appointment for anything such as opening a CD, they had the paperwork all filled out and it tooks seconds to sign. When I came in without an appointment, they offered to send me paperwork to sign at home. The tellers have always been efficient both inside and at the drive through.”
“I ordered replacement checks and the checks never made it to by house. I tried to work with both customer service and this bank branch to get replacement checks expediated to my house. I would think that since I am a customer of the bank that they would be willing, in this day of potential fraudulent activity, that they would want to help me get my checks. They were very unwilling to budge and wanted to charge me for the expediated request. I did nothing wrong and this "Friendly" bank was not willing to make an accommodation to keep my business tells me a lot about the company.I am upgrading my response to 4 stars as the Branch called me the next day and made me whole. I give them credit for taking the next step and helping me out. The replacement checks have been received and I am all good.”
“Wow it's been a long while since I've been to a bank. This was a swift and easy experience as far as bank visits go. I had to deposit a check and my phone app for some reason kept giving me an error, so I decided to go in and do it the old fashioned way. It's all street parking here, but there always seems to be plenty of it in this area. My son and I parked up and were in and out within five minutes. We were called up to the desk by an employee who was certainly mundane about being there, but he got the job done. I like how easily they can look you up now - just inserting your BMO debit card into the reader at the desk. This location could probably use a facelift, as it still has all the old-school bank furniture and decor. But apart from that, it's just your straight forward BMO. I wouldn't hesitate to return for future bank needs.”
“I have banked here for 20 years. It has always been a pleasant and professional experience. I have applied for and received multiple loans over the years and it has always been an easy and wonderful process. Gracie has been a wonderful teller and has become such great friend to me and my family. We absolutely love her. The mobile app makes banking very convenient as it is easy to navigate and has never malfunctioned on me. Truly banking at my fingertips. I wouldn't even consider banking anywhere else.”
“My elderly mom banks at the Grafton location and I have assisted her on multiple trips to take care of her banking needs. Every employee I have come into contact with has been nothing but helpful and kind. On our last visit it was for a problem she was having enrolling in Zelle after the system change. The tellers very willingly and cheerfully tried to solve her problem and when they were unsuccessful they passed us along to Keri, one of the personal bankers. She also had difficulty solving the issue, BUT... she persisted and contacted the tech people who guided her and did their magic and she was able to get my mom's account back in working order again. Keri was super sweet the entire time and we were there a long time. We never felt that we were a thorn in her side. It is refreshing to come across true customer service these days where it rarely exists anymore. My mom even received a personal, handwritten thank you note from Keri!! Wow, who does that these days!?! Thank you, Keri and Bank Five Nine for keeping the personal connection in your business.”

“Credit unions are much better than the big evil corporate banks. I want to remind everyone, the big three banks that control 80% of all North American banking tanked our economy in 2008 and recovered from taxpayer bailouts, then increased fees from us for bloated executive salaries and bonuses. Credit unions are better for local communities, our economy, and your finances. And UW Credit Union is one of the better credit unions. As the Christian holidays approach, now might be a good time to review how credit unions and savings and loans work by watch "It's a Wonderful Life." Then open up an account here. I refinanced my student loan here and there's now a chance I might pay it off by the time I die. I have a savings and checking account, and this location in particular is comfortable, spacious, friendly, and the workers are funny and sincere. No scripted nonsense and no one has ever annoyed me by saying "have a nice rest of your day." I really hate that. Easy parking.”
“Yesterday, I was having some problems with my account and stopped in the office at 105 W. Silver Spring Dr., and Jessica O. was there to help me. Several issues popped up with both the mobile app and the website, and Jessica spent over an hour with me, patiently helping me. We both maintained a sense of humor and she made it a completely pleasant experience. I know I took a chunk of time out of her day, but she never wavered in her commitment to solving my issues.
I appreciate it so much, she is a rare gem.”

“Five stars for Jarrat. Go see this man if you need help with anything. I’ve been trying to get a letter from BMO and have gone to other locations but due to time constraints I could not stay. While on my break from a job site, I stopped by this location. The young lady in the booth area greeted me and asked what I needed help with. Jarrat had just came in from inside and when they both knew what I needed he offered to help. I must’ve spent a few minutes altogether, and considering that the tellers were packed with ppl. I walked out extremely satisfied. Great job guys.”
“The manager Steve and Sandra are amazing!! Sandra called to see how I'm doing and how they're doing service wise. I met with Sandra and Steve to go over different options for a better rate, and honestly I wouldn't have known or made any changes that are in favor for me without that call, and meeting. I think I've written maybe five in my life time... how very millennial of me. Hence my needing to stop here as I don't have a check book of my own.Anyway, the new building is lovely, clean and inviting. A massive upgrade from the previous building that looks like it came straight out of the 70s. The bank is located on the first floor of this glass building and feels inviting as you walk in. I sat down at the desk of a friendly employee named Tom. What a gent. I'm actually one who loves small talk with strangers (especially these days) and he was just so pleasant! He promptly set me up with my needed cashiers check. I figured it was about time I got my own stack of personal checks, for the one off times like these, so Tom also got those ordered for me, free of charge. A trip to the bank isn't anyone's favorite errand but this new, luxury location doesn't make it so bad!”
