She also has provided some follow up service and did not hesitate to help us out when we went in. We also witnessed the customer service that Andre provided other customers. The elderly couple he was helping seemed to be very trying, and he was very patient and kind. He also engaged with us while we were in there, and it was a very pleasant experience. “Went to bring back equipment that was sent to me in the mail when I signed up but never ordered it when I've been charged 360 in 2 months when I never used the stuff. And they wouldn't take it back I had to pay all these extra charges again in order for them to take it back. This has cost nothing but unnecessary time, money and stress trying to find a ride back there. I would like this matter fixed it isn't fair especially during the holidays and trying to get stable... So disappointed in this for real looking into another carrier from ur staff members not handling the services correctly to not taking the stuff back or helping me out.
