As I was browsing the Patio Furniture, a very kind and knowledgeable associate, Chad, asked if I needed assistance or if I had any questions. My questions required some additional assistance, so Chad offered to consult with his District Manager, Angie. The level of excellence, continued to escalate. Angie was beyond helpful, and modeled behaviors for all staff to follow. I truly enjoyed our conversation, comparing retail notes.
I purchased the patio set. I was informed that one of the managers, Amanda would phone me, most likely on Wednesday. Right on cue, Amanda called me and a delivery date was scheduled.
Today, precisely at 2PM, the scheduled delivery time, my patio set was delivered with care by Chad and Taylor.
GREAT JOB, Angie and Team! You far exceeded my customer expectations with this transaction!”
“For Semi-Truck Drivers:
* Everything was PERFECT
* Staffs are too kindly, friendship and hardworker
* Appoinment was on 15th July 06:00 am, I arrived on 14th July 17:30. They accepted delivery (Appreciated)
* Check in: Check in office is by the docks, you can find easily.
* Nobody was there, One guy saw me. He called someone right away and gave me dock number
* They unloaded around 2 hours. 47 palets. Palets were not organized. I think they unloaded quick.

“I am absolutely never disappointed by the West Green Bay Home Depot. Recently acquiring a home built in 1953, renovations are a must! Every employee is always more than willing to ask if we have any questions, or to point us in the right direction. Customer service is always awesome.
I highly suggest utilizing their app also for finding things in the store. Accuracy is awesome.
P.S. I am also a pro member, but no employee knows that until checkout, so it does not affect how I am treated in the store.”
“It's your typical Walmart. Same deals, same prices, same layout, same busy parking lot. Bathrooms are always a hit or miss. Depending on whomever is in charge of keeping them stocked and cleaned. Not too much to say about Walmart. This business does do one thing right though, it's consistency! I do enjoy the way they cater to the town they are in or the state they are in by selling products and clothing that caters to the state's sports teams.”
“Not a huge home depot shopper, but stopped by because they had some really good deals on grills. We were helped by Tom who was very kind and knowledgeable, and he isn't even usually in this department. He definitely gave 5 star customer service!”
“Have been here a few times but thought I'd check in this time to say thanks for the donut on National donut day! Pretty good tasting glazed donut that you can tell is freshly made. Produce here is fresh though displays get a little messy. Haven't bought meat here (prices a little higher than other stores' sales). Walmart brand snacks and milk are good values.”
