As I was browsing the Patio Furniture, a very kind and knowledgeable associate, Chad, asked if I needed assistance or if I had any questions. My questions required some additional assistance, so Chad offered to consult with his District Manager, Angie. The level of excellence, continued to escalate. Angie was beyond helpful, and modeled behaviors for all staff to follow. I truly enjoyed our conversation, comparing retail notes.
I purchased the patio set. I was informed that one of the managers, Amanda would phone me, most likely on Wednesday. Right on cue, Amanda called me and a delivery date was scheduled.
Today, precisely at 2PM, the scheduled delivery time, my patio set was delivered with care by Chad and Taylor.

“My go-to place for Milwaukee tools. I also really appreciate that they honor a military discount for veterans on most items. Store itself is pretty clean and assistance from the staff always seems good. Their plant selection in the growing season is nice, prices are slightly higher but the plants are often bigger and growing more vigorously.”
