“It was easy to set up the rental online. When I picked up the rental, I waited longer than I expected to, but there were only two employees and they were busy with two customers ahead of me, and the phones were ringing constantly as well. I hope the owners hire more people, as they seem busy enough to warrant the help. I’m actually extremely pleased with my experience. The people that helped me were polite and helpful. I even received a text from the branch manager Jake, in case I had questions or concerns. The Armada I rented was super clean and nice to drive. I didn’t receive this kind of care when I rented at a competitor. That’s why I chose Enterprise this time. I’m really glad I did. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on. Thank you!”
