“I moved from Summit Credit Union to Educators Credit Union. The move was done with COMPLETE EASE. Summit wouldn't hold my DPOA on file. Educators Credit Union has my DPOA document on record and if a transaction needs to occur, will require the identifying information to be shared, as required by law. Went in to pick up my debit card from ECU and I was able to pick which design I wanted and it was done within a few minutes. Everyone was super nice. Even got a welcome email from Gaoyi Yang welcoming me and answering a few questions I had. An email from a real person, not just an automated message from their system. Awesome! Love the round-up savings account linked with the debit account, and the ability to customize your cards! App is pretty simple to navigate as well. Even got a text for more information on a credit card application. Much preferred over phone call!”
