“We've been banking here for 25 years, and we love all the services they provide. They have been helpful in the years past with our mortgage, and setting up CD's or money markets, to get us the most for our savings. Most recently, I worked with Lynn Ewert at the Big Bend office and she helped me immensely.”

“I very recently requested assistance with how I could pay my son's car loan payment because he could not for the next five months for a sensitive reason. Bank Manager Liz Lijewski and her team went above and beyond to help us. I have not seen this level of professionalism for some time. In addition to the excellent care we received, it was a sincere and friendly bank. Or sincere thanks to everyone there.”

“Earlier this month I needed help with account paperwork while my husband was hospitalized. The East Troy branch of Citizens Bank is closest to our home and one of the tellers there, Jeff, was extremely helpful in answering my questions and handling the paperwork. He made a stressful time for me much easier and I appreciate it.”
