“Wait was o.k. One clerk had to reboot his computer. He helped people picking up mail while his computer was booting up. The 2nd clerk helped the customers that were waiting to mail stuff. It was a little wait but nothing significant. Mailed a box for Thursday delivery and it got there a couple of days early, which was great. Overall it was a good experience.”

“I had such a great experience at the post office thanks to Carmen! She was incredibly kind, patient, and detail-oriented while helping me with my passport application. She made sure everything was filled out correctly and that I had all the materials I needed, which gave me peace of mind. It’s rare to come across someone so thorough and genuinely helpful—Carmen went above and beyond. Thank you for making the process smooth and stress-free!”
