So thankful that budget was able to accommodate a last-minute rental after enterprise called to cancel just out before we were scheduled to pick up. Car was very clean and drove great. My only real complaint is they didn’t have an overnight drop off option

Reserved a car online. When I arrived, they only had larger cars than what I had reserved. I was told I would have to pay more for the larger car. Stupidly I fell for the bait and switch tactic. It was a nice car, but larger than I needed.
