“I brought in a jute rug for cleaning and repair. It was an entryway rug and had a lot of staining from salt and mud and one edge was unravelling from being rubbed by the bottom of the door. The rug was done in about a week and came out as clean as it was when I first bought it! The repair was supposed to be on a portion of the edge but Ben had the entire edge redone to make sure the color match with the entire rug looked good. Great service!”
