“I have, for various reasons, recently moved my last phone number away from T-Mobile. In my previous experience trying to transfer a number can be very challenging. You have to get the right customer service person on the phone, say the right things, and then eventually they will tell you to go to a physical store. When I did this last year it was HOURS on the phone before it came to this. As I recently tried to transfer my last phone number away from T-Mobile, I called and went through the same process leading to the same result: go to the store. The previous incident involving this same situation even AFTER going to the store the employee had no idea what to do, I ended up waiting significantly more time, and then they ended up having to call Customer Service themselves anyways. Packed with this information, upon my last and final trip I dreaded that drive to the store for fear of wasting more hours on a simple task. Enter Amber J.! Upon walking into the store Amber J. not only knew EXACTLY what to do, she was on the phone with the correct magical internal # before I had even had a chance to sit down. She got me the required transfer PIN and had me on my way in what I dare say has to be a record time. If there was anything that would have kept me at T-Mobile it would be the level of amazing service by someone like Amber J. I cannot thank her enough. Thank you, T-Mobile and Amber J.!”

“We've had Spectrum for many years for internet and recently pivoted into Spectrum Mobile. For the price, convenience, and service it can't be matched, but this review isn't about that. This review is about a single person: Eric W. I went in to Spectrum one day recently with a singular goal: Move my daughter's Apple Watch away from the current provider and onto Spectrum Mobile. On any other day this would be a relatively painless process, but on this day ladies and gentlemen, the current provider was going to make our lives difficult. Eric W. was calm, patient, and incredibly helpful. He told us exactly where to go, what to say, and how to get things done with this other provider. What previously might have taken hours of back/forth on the phone took less than 60 minutes (including travel time) all while he kept my wife and daughter enthralled with stories and information on how this was all going to get sorted out. Once I had the actual transfer information in hand he made it all a BREEZE. We walked out of there with a transferred plan, a happy daughter on her first cell phone, and a new favorite Spectrum store/employee. Thank you greatly Eric W!”
