“It was shift change and although I was the only person waiting in line one of the employees,Whitney, made sure to help me get checked out (I had only one thing and would not have complained if I had to wait) even though she was already past her time to leave for her shift she made sure to help me. In this day and age of young entitled people this stood out to me and really made my day! Everyone else was also helpful. I came for 2 snails and I was able to get assistance immediately.”

“I bought two large cat crates for airplane travel. The carriers are strong and easy to put together. I misplaced some parts and emailed asking for help. They were so very nice and helpful and sent me more parts at no cost. Excellent customer service. I'm also happy to know they are Wisconsin based.”
