Passport renewal was 100 times easier than I expected. Staff was so friendly and accommodating and efficient. One of my best post office experiences ever, covering a half a dozen states.

Very fast and super friendly service from Makela!! Very impressed. I booked my passport appointment online and was in and out within 30 minutes (I did arrive 15 minutes early).

Convenient but not open until 3 on Saturdays. Only 1:30.
