“The team here gets the job done quickly and efficiently. I saw some unfair reviews on here about a specific female clerk, and I completely disagree if it’s the same person. She has a sharp, no-bullshit personality and tells you exactly how it is, which I personally find refreshing and highly effective. People are just sensitive. She is perfectly nice if you are respectful in return. We actually talked about my trip and it felt nice how she responded. As for the complaints about the post office looking outdated, that is totally out of the employees' control. They are working hard to serve the Menomonee Falls community, and my service was excellent. Highly recommend!”

They provide info for changing your address for other companies to report your change of address and info for coupons to help with your moving expenses too.”

“The day I went in, they were very busy. I had a package that had been mailed to the wrong address. The clerk took the time to trace my package and gave me a phone number to a manager that could possibly help me intercept my package. I was able to intercept my package and picked it up at a different location. I wish I could name the young lady who helped me. She was so kind, very polite and obviously very helpful.”

“Everyone that works here that I've met had a absolutely GREAT PERSONALITY, and talk to me as if we've been friends for years. There's only 1 Lady who works Up Front at the Customer Service Counter, that is way too picky and serious. She will never laugh. Our Apartment Building gets Prestamped Envelopes from our Landlord to pay Rent, and if the Date on the Stamped Envelope isn't the same exact day. This Lady makes me Pay for a Stamp to put on this envelope, and I'm Permanently Disabled and it's not like I can afford to buy a Stamp for a PreStamped Envelope!!! This Lady, I think, has some kind of MENTAL PROBLEM WITH BEING FRIENDLY TO THE PUBLIC, because I will tell a Joke, and everyone in the Post Office will laugh except for this 1 Lady. I don't know what her Name is, but I'm thinking that it's ,"FLORENCE." Besides dealing with her, this Post Office is 5+ STARS , and I recommend it to anyone that asks me. There's 1 Man, who will go way out of his way to make sure that you're happy, or you have gotten exactly what you went there for. I'm 95% Positive that this A+ EMPLOYEE'S NAME IS ,"JAMES!!" It's Employees like JAMES that makes any Company GREAT, and this Post Office should be TOTALLY GRATEFUL THAT THEY HAVE ,"JAMES", WORKING FOR THEIR COMPANY!!! Employees like this make people like going into the Post Office, and it's AWESOME WHEN YOU WALK INTO THE POST OFFICE, and SOMEONE SAYS HI _ _ _ _ , because he will remember your Name. THANK YOU JAMES FOR ALL YOUR YEARS OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT SOMEONE COULD ASK FOR!!!! So people know. I never knew ,"JAMES", before I started going to this Post Office!!!”
“This is why usps is not profitable. I have ordered this product multiple times and it was delivered by UPS, Amazon, and FedEx with no issues. DO YOUR JOB! UPDATE: USPS delivered the package later in the day. I understand that there can be miscommunication issues between Amazon and USPS. Thanks USPS for delivering my package.”
