“My mother has all her Rx at the pharmacy in Brown Deer, and IPick them up for her. I have always found the staff (who have not changed over the last 2 years!) to be friendly, helpful and professional. They have helped out several times when there have been problems with her Rx, and always resolved issues timely.”
“Store itself is well stocked and bigger than most. But it’s a little bit of a hunt cuz it’s not in big square store, but spills over into the mall. But then it’s tj Maxx and hunting is what we do here hehe.
Only thing about this place is parking… it’s downtown so you have to find street parking and pay. Or go in the garage and pay. They will validate garage parking, but it’s a discount, and not free parking.”
“Wyatt and his staff are courteous, friendly, and attentive. He was honest with me when I asked him about the frames of my choice and gave me recommendations on styles. He always made sure that I was completely satisfied with my decision. Wyatt, also, assisted with ordering my daughter's pair of glasses and gave her the same treatment. He is patient and will work with you, if needed. He will definitely go above and beyond to make sure that you're satisfied with your purchase. I just would like to thank Wyatt for all that he does!”

“I bought two chairs from the Mequon, WI Marshalls. I was going to try to fit the chairs in the back of my car, but they didn't fit. The manager was very friendly and took my name and said I could pick them up that night or the next morning. I called later and asked Dorina if she could measure the chair for me so I know that they'll fit in my vehicle when I pick thup tomorrow. She was very friendly and accommodating ! Great customer service. Thank you.”
“Great prices, and plenty of products if you get in at the right time. I had a cart full! However, you have to be VERY careful as many of the items they carry may have defects. If you get in when they first put out new inventory, you have a better chance of getting a higher quality. The atmosphere and environment are definitely not a plus...it's a classic store nestled in the hood to attract a specific clientele. The lines are typically long after 3pm because more customers are in the store, and unfortunately, there aren't enough cashiers to cover.”

“Every time we go to a Citi Trendz location we find amazing stuff at an even more amazing price. Our last visit at the 76th st location was no different. Not only did we leave with a huge bag of goodies, we also had instore entertainment. One of the associates working the floor was singing “Alesha Keys FALLIN” and if you know, that song isn’t for the weak hearted. lol.

“I am in love with this store. So many deals specially on weekend. If you are lucky you get new collection at best prices. Best place for shopping office cloths, skin care, fitness cloths, men’s wear, shoes and kids dresses. Great perfume collection.”
“Sahara is a beautiful angel. I'm not great at asking for help in stores, so I was brute forcing my way through every bra near my size and feeling kind of hopeless. Once I finally accepted her offer of help, she immediately brought me the best bra I'd tried the entire time. Eventually I left with three, all great. THANK YOU SAHARA”

“I always get exceptional service. I exchanged some online items purchased for a smaller size in the store. They held 2 items for me after calling the store earlier in the day. Before heading out to the store, another order arrived at my home with the sweater being too big. I did a quick website check and supposedly they had one left in the smaller size. When I arrived, I mentioned that the online ordering system noted there was 1 left of that size at the store. The clerk searched all over for it rather than saying that inventory is not always accurate. I left feeling thankful that my shopping was done and ready to wrap.”
“The store has almost everything, and everyone wears a mask (unlike the Waukesha location) much safer here Remember when you're getting gas, you can pull up on any side of the pump because they have the extra long hose The only issue I had is when I did scan-to-pay with their raspberries, the item wasn't in the database. I was told I'd have to wait in line... So I put the raspberries back didn't have that kind of time tonight I plan to visit here again”
“Don helped get my my mom's phone data network browsing moving faster . The network data connection to the cell towers needed resetting because it was stuck on one cell Tower pinging no matter where we went. So web browsing was moving slower than a dead snail. Rare problem on phones. Very much appreciated. It's a Samsung Galaxy A53 5G on Consumer Cellular.”
