I had a great experience at Marshalls and can easily give them five stars.
This is one of those stores where you never know exactly what you’ll find—but that’s half the fun. Every visit feels like a treasure hunt, and there are always great deals on quality name-brand items if you take a little time to look around.
The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop. Even with a lot of inventory, everything was laid out well enough that it didn’t feel overwhelming. I was able to browse comfortably and actually enjoy the experience.
The staff were friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. Checkout was quick and smooth, and it felt like they cared about giving good service.
If you’re looking for good prices, unique finds, and a relaxed shopping experience, Marshalls is always a solid stop. You might walk in for one thing and walk out with a few more—but at prices like that, it’s hard to complain! I’ll definitely be back.”
“I love this store they have nice clothing at a reasonable price that you can afford you can take the whole family shopping there and save only thing I don't like is they don't have bathrooms for the public if we are shopping in your establishment the patreon should be able to use the bathroom”
“Had a wonderful sales associate at Kohls on Loomis Road Milwaukee. She helped access my digital coupon and assured me of the process. She was excellent!
Unfortunately the men’s department (casual items like Sonoma and apartment 9) was really tight. I don’t know how a person with a mobility or sight challenge could maneuver the department. Of I used a wheel chair, it would be impossible. How is this ADA compliant? There are too many racks and shelves on the selling floor.
Sadly the gold toe socks hang nicely on the wall but were not organized. So finding my second package was challenging. The 40% coupon was a bonus.
So this is a mixed review and could easily be improved upon.”
“Clean, well stocked, and super well organized! Plenty of parking on a weekday morning around the entrance, and there is a parking lot as well (though all paid). The staff were super friendly on a cold December day.”

“Nice TJ Maxx in a convenient location near other big box stores. Stopped in for a return, which was painless. They had a nice variety of home decor and clothing for men, women, and children.”

“There selection of dresses were not all that, there was not much to choose from and what they had was not all that attractive, I was looking for a specific dress but there was only one and it was a short dress so I was not able to get what I wanted.”
“Compared to most Dollars Stores this one is very clean and organized. They seem to have enough employees so there's not boxes blocking isles and if there's a big line they do open another lane to check out. Very big selection of items. One of my favorite locations.”
“The staff at this store are always polite and helpful. I've seen other reviews here badmouthing the Chase location and when I think about my experience vs theirs I am inclined to speculate that they are disgruntled former employees or Karen's looking to post revenge reviews. The store is clean, stocked, and the staff are always helpful. What more could a customer hope for!???”
“I love Burlington. I always find things at a very special price that I can afford. Everything I buy there is something that is very fashionable and upscale. I never leave that place without buying at least something. They have everything I need from clothing to perfumes, to jewelry, to coats, to hats and mittens, scarves pj's, lingerie, baby clothing, baby furniture, tons of holiday decor etcetera etcetera. Take time out in your day to stop at Burlington and I will bet that you will walk out with something and be happy with the price that you paid for it. And also want to return and buy more.”
“Today, workers “Cortez & Shawn” were very helpful!!! My special great nephew had a meltdown, after he spilled iced tea on his shirt. So we stopped by JLMarcus to get him another
t-shirt. They were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, with their calming tone and supportive assistance. While at checkout and changing his shirt, and walking him to the door, and shaking his hand, a few times and making him feel welcome! He was One of the guys and so proud!!!
It was a REAL challenge, and they really did go the extra mile!!!

“This is a nice Sam's. The facility is clean and orderly. It's a great variety of items. The in-house made food items are exceptionally good. I'm a big fan of the scan and go option with the app.”
“I had a wonderful experience with the Tire & Battery Center at Sam’s Club! Carly, the manager, was absolutely fantastic. My tire valve stem was seized, so I had to take my vehicle to another shop to have it replaced before Sam’s Club could complete my tire installation.
Even though it was an unexpected hiccup, Carly was nothing but helpful, informative, and professional. She explained exactly what was going on, answered all of my questions, and made the whole process as easy and stress-free as possible. Once the valve stem was replaced, they were able to finish installing my new tires without any issues.
The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Excellent customer service can be hard to find these days, and Carly truly went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend her and the Sam’s Club Tire & Battery team to anyone!”
“I went in for some mens cologne inventory was real low but I found some Calvin kleene wit no price sticker on it waited in line cashier came up wit a price out of the air and wanted to charge me way more then the cologne cost I brought the same size bottle and same cologne a week ago from a different location for 29.99 this lady wanted to charge me 49.99 I told her i was not paying that much for that size bottle ... overall experience was average”
“A mini Walgreens essentially. Food, snacks, beverages, clothing, T.V., other electronics, shoes, toiletries, miscellaneous military items; cheaper and no sales tax! Excellent for more expensive items like TV'S.”
“Got a cheap mattress. Not exactly the right size, but Ahmed cut us a deal so it was easy and he brought it out and loaded into the van. Even without the discount, the mattresses we're cheaper than other shops.”

“I usually avoid this location like the plague, yet it was super delightful today! My 1st stop was to return an online order to customer service and that transaction was smooth and efficient, customer service was impeccable!
Then I grabbed a few grocery items without complaint. The store was pretty clean. Some of the shelves were not stocked as well as I would prefer but there were several employees working diligently on the floor so there isn't much more that I could ask for!”
