“This is one of the most underrated grocery stores. I was happily surprised to find such great selection and quality products in this part of town.Coming from Florida and Publix grocery chain, I did not expect to find a near comparable grocer here. The only negative is checkout. Self checkout is difficult. The scan/bagging keeps stopping, requiring mgr. reset, which is annoying. Short staffing means longer waits if using regular checkout lane. Older comments here seem out of touch with improvements that have obviously been made. I'm a picky shopper and this store exceeded my expectations.”

“We were fortunate enough to deal with floral manager Theresa, regarding a reunion this past week. Theresa was very helpful and secured many roses for the event. The roses were a great surprise to our female guests. Thank you to Pick n Save in Brown Deer and especially Theresa for your kindness and professionalism.”

“My mother has all her Rx at the pharmacy in Brown Deer, and IPick them up for her. I have always found the staff (who have not changed over the last 2 years!) to be friendly, helpful and professional. They have helped out several times when there have been problems with her Rx, and always resolved issues timely.”

“Came there one night and there was a young lady at the register with a line. She has the best customer service demeanor I have seen in a while. She helped an older lady with her order even tho it took a bit longer but helping her understand pricing and what not was so pleased to see! Kudos to Yeliah she deserves Recognition!”
