“This was my first time using the Mequon Aurora pharmacy. Before picking up my prescription, I observe the young woman behind the counter being extra kind toward an elderly patient. When I complimented her on her manner, she told me that she treats others with the kindness and respect they deserve. What a refreshing and beautiful manner. Aurora- you are lucky to have her!”

“My first contact with Endeavor was by phone with Karen. She was eager to help me sort out what would work best for me. If you're just deciding what to do regarding better sleep, Karen is the one you want to talk to. Dwayne was my \\\"in store\\\" contact, and he was also wonderful to work with. I recommend this team for their knowledge and customer service.”

“I love this metro market. I really do. My concern is with the front end staff. Mary is phenomenal as is the gentleman always working produce. I was there last night at about 6:30. Two full-service lanes were open with no one in line. One cashier was chatting with the bagger. The other was on her phone and the bagger standing there. I felt as if I interrupted the woman on her phone by checking out. The $1.00 each item for buying 5 or more wasn't on my receipt. The cashier told me to go to customer service. I asked if it was open as there was no light and nobody behind the counter. She pointed to a group of 4 employees off to the corner talking. I asked for customer service and one came forward while the others continued to talk. She credited me $5.00 for 5 of the 6 items I had purchased for an additional $1 off. I wasn't going to argue about the last $1. I'm guessing it's that hard to get help that 8 people can be on their phones or chatting instead of cleaning, or stocking. It's sad.”

“I have been trying my best to learn how to coupon it can be very difficult. If you don't do exactly what the coupon says the whole car is messed up or if I come into the store it's all messed up. I have literally been to a few different locations where Nobody has been quit as nice. The brown deer location actually made me cry however, the service at this location is absolutely outstanding. I never caught the managers name. She was a very nice woman, but I wanted to give a shout out to her all the staff, and especially Deairious. He was patient, and kind, took time to helped me, showed no attitude whatsoever unlike most of the experienced I've had going to different locations. It is hard out there, so couponing is a skill that I must learn and learn well, every worker at this location was wonderful. From the greeting I received as soon as I walked in to the have a good night when I walked out. other locations should definitely take notes. A page out of their book, because that is how customer service should be and I work in the customer service industry and I know how frustrating customers working, etc. can sometimes be with that being said, thank you thank you thank you!”

“While traveling to the U.P, I realized that I had left my meds at home. The pharmacist was very helpful in explaining what the process was to get my medication covered by my insurance or the cash price for my 4 day trip. She was also realistic about how she may not be able to get a call back from my out of state pharmacy before her pharmacy closed for the day. I am happy to report that I received a text while having dinner that everything was ready and we made it back before closing time.”
