“From beginning to end, my experience last night making my reservation to then coming here in person today has been a 10 out of 10 or a 5 out of 5. Not only is the internet and then app experience easy and impressive, but what stood out over the past 24 hours is your Rockstar and all star of an employee, Tory! I am a retired Registered Nurse of 20 years. I have done retail and customer service 10 years before that and another 5 years since retiring as a Nurse. I have 35 years of customer service. Tory's parents raised him right. He is professional, patient, kind, outgoing, goes above and beyond and for me 100% genuine. He was never a used car salesman trying to sell me my own car. Tory deserves the higher wage offered in his pay scale, top tier. In my opinion and coming from retail and customer service myself, Tory should be making at least $25 an hour. That is the minimum working livable wage month to month in today's economy and with inflation. In my opinion he should be making more than that and would be if he was my Rockstar employee. He made my experience detailed and dont have one bad critique about him. Thank you for hiring him. Thank you Tory 😊”

“Recently, it appears the folks at Extra Space Storage on Green Bay Ave in Milwaukee have really stepped up their game. Friendly and helpful service. Also, (to my surprise) rates for units can vary significantly by facility location, even it's the same storage company! I have two Extra Space Storage units in two different parts of town. The same exact sized unit is more than $35 cheaper per month at their Green Bay Ave location! So, even if it's an extra drive... might be worth the savings.”

“Storage space is very clean but all storage spaces today are clean.
What set apart Extra Space storage in West Allis, WI were the people that work there. Rita Bub is the Team lead and was great to deal with but all the other people (what at 68 yrs old do not remember) their names were equally delightful.”
“I just want to share my great experience today at Extra Storage on Good Hope Rd in Milwaukee. I watched Fran handle three customers in the lobby and at least two on the phone with professional, friendly service, with seeming ease. I left to grab lunch and come back when it was slower. But soon after I left Fran called and had already taken care of what I needed. Beyond that she offered additional help to make things more managable for me. Thank you, Fran!!! That was great service.”

“For a storage facility this place is spotless, the floors shine and a high level of maintenance is performed by the staff . I felt safe there , their was cameras and in front camera monitors where the staff watches everything, it is a safe place to store your valuables for sure 😊”

“I came into Public storage stressed out and not electronic savvy! Lashaa had a smile and assured me that she would take care of everything and make my experience worth while. And that's exactly what she did. She walked the property several times just to show us everything we wanted to see. I love her and keep her. She is made for helping people. I don't think I would have rented another unit without her grace. We finally got the ubut we wanted and now we are the happiest and not stressed. Please make sure you keep her. Seems hard to find such kind staff anywhere anymore but both Carolyn and David provide that good old fashioned customer service and topped with southern charm!

“An amazing experience this far. We moved homes, and thus vehicle storage spaces for our small business. Electrical-accesible parking spaces have been a LIFE SAVER during these cold winter temperatures considering the trucks struggle to start (as do I) when it’s so bitter out. Customer service reps have been responsive and attentive when reaching out with questions or complaints. Best of all, the area feels like a miniature truck driver community, with those who store there helping one another when necessary. Indoor storage units are spacious, climate-controlled, and seemingly well secured.”
