“Clean, private, flexible, and easy to use. That's my take on Extra Space Storage (ESS). Their online tools (and app) make it so easy to use the facility AND their are real people to help as well - shout to Roman for great customer service. Our university student was able to come and go as needed and it met our needs. Highly recommend.”
“I had Great experience with this storage. Very easy access! Tyler was very helpful, great guy!! Made my experience very enjoyable, easy and quick cancellation too!”
“I had a wonderful experience with this company! Jerry is incredibly helpful and considerate of his customers. He immediately made me feel welcomed and took the time to help me find the right unit for my needs. He’s a great conversationalist too! I would definitely recommend renting a storage unit here!!”

“They’re very fair with me, and especially helpful whenever there’s an issue. I’ve rented here for about 5 years now, and I currently have 3 units for business purposes, and I’ve been very happy here!”
“Once I was able to download the app to gain access. Once inside, the facility was clean, the staff that helped was helpful and very easy to move my things to my storage unit.”

“Came to this location and was helped by Andrea she was very helpful with everything I needed to know and had the privilege to see the storage size to make sure it was enough space”
“Recently, it appears the folks at Extra Space Storage on Green Bay Ave in Milwaukee have really stepped up their game. Friendly and helpful service. Also, (to my surprise) rates for units can vary significantly by facility location, even it's the same storage company! I have two Extra Space Storage units in two different parts of town. The same exact sized unit is more than $35 cheaper per month at their Green Bay Ave location! So, even if it's an extra drive... might be worth the savings.”

“Tatiana was super helpful in showing me where my unit was and giving me instructions for locking it up! She is so friendly and made my experience a 10/10. Thank you Tatiana!”
“I just want to share my great experience today at Extra Storage on Good Hope Rd in Milwaukee. I watched Fran handle three customers in the lobby and at least two on the phone with professional, friendly service, with seeming ease. I left to grab lunch and come back when it was slower. But soon after I left Fran called and had already taken care of what I needed. Beyond that she offered additional help to make things more managable for me. Thank you, Fran!!! That was great service.”
“For a storage facility this place is spotless, the floors shine and a high level of maintenance is performed by the staff . I felt safe there , their was cameras and in front camera monitors where the staff watches everything, it is a safe place to store your valuables for sure 😊”
“Kaneetha is an awesome Manager. She is extremely thorough helping with issues. She is always very pleasant. I give her 10 stars. Thanks Kaneetha for your great service anytime I need help.

“Tony was incredibly helpful. He took the time to listen to the issues and came up with solutions to help make sure that deliveries are scheduled with the correct details to ensure that my shipments arrive safely and make it into my unit.
Great to work with.”

“I came into Public storage stressed out and not electronic savvy! Lashaa had a smile and assured me that she would take care of everything and make my experience worth while. And that's exactly what she did. She walked the property several times just to show us everything we wanted to see. I love her and keep her. She is made for helping people. I don't think I would have rented another unit without her grace. We finally got the ubut we wanted and now we are the happiest and not stressed. Please make sure you keep her. And thank you so much Lashaa!”
“Kaneetha was very professional and her timing to get customers out was everything. Her attitude is very positive and she was very patient with answering questions and making everything work and fits my needs. Thank you”
“Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Helped us decide on what type of truck to rent and no surprises with the total bill. Well-organized, van was ready when we needed it, great vehicle! Some other U-Haul locations we called didn't have a clue...would highly recommend Granville Station!”
“Moving is stressful enough but my early morning appointment with Colby really put me at ease. He has exceptional customer service and so personable. He helped me decide on the best unit and gave much insight about the facility. Thanks to Colby my move in day was very smooth.. he's awesome!”
“Carolyn was tops in helping me navigate best size and location within this huge indoor storage building. David was equally helpful a couple months ago as I first started shopping Milwaukee storage options.
Seems hard to find such kind staff anywhere anymore but both Carolyn and David provide that good old fashioned customer service and topped with southern charm!
Perfect location between the old Miller building and Milwaukee Brewer’s Stadium.
Thanks to you both for your kindness!”

“Will and Demetrius moved all of my families home furnishings from Chicago to Wisconsin and couldn’t have asked for better people. They were super professional and careful with everything. Price was decent and well worth it. Will definitely be using them in the near future and will recommend to anyone moving!”
“I had a great experience with Holley and truck 68! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The movers were professional, friendly, and worked quickly and efficiently. They handled all belongings with care, and nothing was damaged during the move. I really appreciated how smoothly everything went. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional movers!”
“An amazing experience this far. We moved homes, and thus vehicle storage spaces for our small business. Electrical-accesible parking spaces have been a LIFE SAVER during these cold winter temperatures considering the trucks struggle to start (as do I) when it’s so bitter out. Customer service reps have been responsive and attentive when reaching out with questions or complaints. Best of all, the area feels like a miniature truck driver community, with those who store there helping one another when necessary. Indoor storage units are spacious, climate-controlled, and seemingly well secured.”
“Stellar customer service on the phone with an actual human was a huge selling point & why I chose this company. Crispy was extremely helpful & patient. His communication skills were so superb that I completely forgot about all the stress with my upcoming move. 📦 Mia was extremely helpful on site & provided the same stellar service as Crispy did over the phone! She walked me to my unit & was incredibly patient. I am so thankful I chose her location 🙏”

“The Manager Ebony was the most kindest & humbling person I have ever met. She was so welcoming and helpful. She even gave encouraging words with a smile🙂”
“Very professional and polite, good quality storages with easy access, provided locks, electricity and lighting for units. Always have responded to questions and needs in timely manner.”
“Helpful and friendly staff and the facilities are so clean. I love seeing the wine storage mural through the elevator when entering the dock and the huge tomato romp painting.”
“This place was absolutely great!
George was very friendly and even more helpful. I was in and out! The service was seamless and top tier.
This is the place you want to go when you need to refill propane.
Ask for George, he will get you right!”
