“Recently, it appears the folks at Extra Space Storage on Green Bay Ave in Milwaukee have really stepped up their game. Friendly and helpful service. Also, (to my surprise) rates for units can vary significantly by facility location, even it's the same storage company! I have two Extra Space Storage units in two different parts of town. The same exact sized unit is more than $35 cheaper per month at their Green Bay Ave location! So, even if it's an extra drive... might be worth the savings.”

“An amazing experience this far. We moved homes, and thus vehicle storage spaces for our small business. Electrical-accesible parking spaces have been a LIFE SAVER during these cold winter temperatures considering the trucks struggle to start (as do I) when it’s so bitter out. Customer service reps have been responsive and attentive when reaching out with questions or complaints. Best of all, the area feels like a miniature truck driver community, with those who store there helping one another when necessary. Indoor storage units are spacious, climate-controlled, and seemingly well secured.”

And that's exactly what she did. She walked the property several times just to show us everything we wanted to see. I love her and keep her. She is made for helping people. I don't think I would have rented another unit without her grace. We finally got the ubut we wanted and now we are the happiest and not stressed. Please make sure you keep her. “I was looking for a storage facility and was especially concerned about customer service and the cleanliness of the property. From my very first interaction, I felt reassured. My initial call was handled by Ms. Dorothy, who was genuinely pleasant — not sarcastic, not rushed, just real customer service. She answered all of my questions and addressed every concern with patience and confidence.
My next interaction was with another representative who called to confirm my arrival time. She was just as professional and kind as Ms. Dorothy. It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered office staff who take their roles seriously and treat customers with this level of respect.
As a new customer, that matters. Their professionalism made me feel confident that I chose the right place.
Note: the only reason a five star was not given is because there was broken glass or some type ornament right at my storage door. It couldn’t be missed therefore someone didn’t do a final check. If it would give score for just customer service these ladies would get a 5 star!
